HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! How’s everyone doing today? I got to stay home from my
internship because they’re renovating so instead of sleeping in I spent the
afternoon at my new favorite place… VITALITY BOWL! I’ve fell in love with açaÃ
bowls and there just so happens to be a VB 5 minutes from my house hehe. It’s made from superfoods and
fruits so it’s super yummy and to top it off, it’s beautiful to look at! I
think I go there maybe 2-3 times a week oops.
Speaking of açaÃ
bowls, aside from introducing everyone to it, I’ve lost 15 pounds since August!
I know it doesn’t look like it, and I don’t know why it doesn’t look like it,
but I’ve switched my eating habits completely and have been watching EVERYTHING
I eat. I know it can be hard (which it is, trust me, a bag of chips that my
sister left on the table is staring at me right now) and with school taking up
85% of the week, I haven’t gone to the gym in like 3 months lol. Even so,
getting rid of soda and juice forever and only drinking water and unsweetened
tea has significantly dropped my calorie intake. And instead of eating rice 3
times a day which I usually do, I limited myself to only once a day by eating other
starches instead (which doesn’t really help but some things have less starch
than others). Anywho, step by step, right?
