HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! How’s everyone doing! Waiting for Friday so I can celebrate this semester being over!! Finished 4/7 of my finals (I’m taking 6 classes lol so I don’t know how this is possible) and I shooooould be studying but I maaaay be binge watching on Netflix instead…

Speaking of finals, how perfect is my shirt? Hangry has officially been added to my vocab – I can be really hangry sometimes. Especially when I’m craving chipotle and I’m stuck in a 3 hour lecture lol. I think my next wish list would be to have a cute tee that involves the words “chipotle” and “bae”! If I was creative I’d definitely do a DIY shirt!

LUCK OF THE DRAW

HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! I heard that the temperature’s going to rise about 10 degrees so hopefully I’ll be able to bring out my summer pants again… but not for today. I’m pretty sure it’s been the coldest out of the whole year!

(Look at me staring at my wanna-be Céline bag…) Fun fact about my jacket – while studying abroad in London, during the first week of December there was some kind of Christmas festival on Regent street. My friend and I stopped by each store because there was like a scavenger hunt sort of thing, and we walked into French Connection to see that there was a draw for gift cards!

The catch was we had to buy something, and of course I couldn’t afford anything but their perfume so I bought a £12 mini bottle and wrote my name on an index card. The sales associate told us to come back before closing for the drawing!

I never win anything and the reason why I won this time was because there were 4 gift cards (two £100 cards, one £200 and one £500) and only four of us (including my friend) showed up… Long story short, I won the £200 gift card and splurged on this £140 jacket! Mainly because I didn’t know what else to buy other than a hat and a t-shirt that added up to £60 lol. But I adore it to this day! Probably the most expensive thing I own!

MAKE THINGS HAPPEN

HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! I’m trying to come up with an outfit for my BFF’s birthday tomorrow night and I felt as if this was a good festive look! I wanted to keep it chic but fun and semi-casual at the same time! I’m trying to see if we can pull off a surprise party but if not I was going to take her to MAC (she’s like makeup obsessed lol) and let her buy whatever she wants, then buy her dinner afterwards! I wish I could take her to a bar or a club or something but she’s turning 21 before I am so…

What would you guys say would be a good birthday present – especially for a 21^st birthday? I’ve known my BFF for 10 years but she still insists she doesn't care what she gets as a present!

P.S. Jelly Sandals, Y/N? These are the first pair I decided to buy on ASOS (it was on sale for like $15!) but I’m not a huge fan… it’s cuter on the model than it looks on me LOL

I LOVE A MARTINI...

HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! How is everyone? J Usually at this time on Wednesdays I’d be finishing up a student government meeting but the next one won’t be until after school ends so I got some time to take a nap instead – the sunglasses just happen to cover my under eye circles haha.

I wanted to wear my other (and when I say my only other pair lol) blue jeans but I couldn’t find them L They’re pretty much exactly the same but more of the boyfriend style. Speaking of, does anyone know how/when the term boyfriend jeans was created? I’m really curious!

Isn't this purse so cheeky?? This was actually my first ever Kate Spade purchase! If you guys don't know, I'm a Kate Spade fanatic (but given the student income it's rare for me to acquire KS) and when I saw this bag on sale I didn't hesitate to click buy! I love it so much but it's starting to wear out so I need to take better care of it...

HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! If I look exhausted, I apologize – I haven’t really slept for the past three days due to finals week and I’m barely keeping myself awake during this shoot!!

If you’ve noticed, I’ve been wearing different kinds of coats lately for my OOTD’s, and I hope you guys believe me when I say it’s still super cold!! Today I woke up at checked the weather and I’m like 99.9% sure it was raining right before I left. Honestly I wouldn’t mind wearing coats in June too!

I had a lot of fun with this outfit, especially because I tried to incorporate items I usually wouldn’t wear – I found the LOVE sweater from Topshop and I saw the mint coat from Old Navy so I put them together and it looked really good so I gave this outfit a shot! What do you guys think? J

A little story about my jeans… so I originally got them with just a little “stylish” rip, and I thought it was super cute and the DAY I wore them, I tripped over my own feet (I know…) and they literally just ripped the entire knee section. I mean if someone asks, I’ll just pretend it’s supposed to look like that haha.

BACK TO WINTER

HELLO/GOOD MORNING/GOOD EVENING! So I couldn’t pretend like I could handle the cold anymore so I had to bring out the scarf/blanket that kept me alive when I was in Paris last winter… plus my coat (yeah, it was THAT cold)! This scarf is so thick that I swear it’s supposed to be some kind of blanket but it’s my most treasured thing I bought in France. It kept me sheltered from the rain, wind, and pretty much anything that could freeze me!

It’s actually supposed to rain (again) tomorrow, which is actually great for the heavy drought! I really hope we get some more rain this year, even though it frizzes up my hair I’d totally give it up for saving our environment!!

BRING OUT THE FLORAL

I love printed soft pants, loose boyfriend tee’s and hats so when I threw this on I was like YES!! Outfit on fleek!! Haha but I’m pretending it’s like 80 degrees outside even though it’s actually more like 50… What happened, Cali weather??

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE TERRIBLE LIGHTING!! I should have taken a close-up of my Steve Madden purse, I always forget to take them! But it’s pastel pink with studs around the bag, and it’s honestly the cutest lil purse I own! Unfortunately I usually carry like 50 pounds of unnecessary things in my purses so it’s a bit small for most occasions L
