REUNITED WITH FAMILIAR SURROUNDINGS

Bonjour! I'm going to skip talking about the orientation because that's basically what it was - an orientation. My room mate and I had to deal with stubborn metro drivers refusing to run the train for a good 15 minutes so we ended up running through the double doors of the lecture hall... not a good look for me.

My friends and I decided to sit down and have a nice Italian lunch while we waited for our coaches to arrive for the bus tour. I was too exhausted to order anything interesting so I stuck with the classic Carbonara (which was delicious by the way). Then we scurried off to get into the buses that drove around the entire city of Paris in a matter of 2.5 hours!

I wasn't expecting to take pictures of myself so excuse my awkward pose (I really wish I wore my cute shoes)...

Throughout the tour our tour guide was being super rude and boring; telling us to stop talking and listen to what she's saying. We mostly fell asleep or just ignored her in the long run :) It was a bit hard to take pictures in a moving vehicle but I took so many I just chose random ones for this post - enjoy scrolling! I can't wait to try all the restaurants and boutiques!
